Instrument Valve Material
Standard valves in AISI316L NACE stainless steel are suitable for most process applications, however “exotic” materials are also available. (like 316Ti, Duplex, Super Duplex, Monel 400, Alloy C276, Alloy 825, Alloy 625 and Titanium)
Our high quality valve heads have standard execution with: anti-blowout functionality, non-rotating Monel K500 needle tip and resettable valve packing which extends the lifespan of the valve heads.
Further optional features are available like: Delrin tip, Anti-Tamper valve heads, cleaning for oxygen service, locking facility on valve heads and PMI testing.
Gauge Valves Specification
These valves are designed for safe installations of Pressure gauges. The suitable model can be selected for isolation, calibration or drain purpose
Instruments gauge valve is a needle pattern valve with a non-rotating spindle tip, ensuring a positive bubble tight shut-off function.
Standard valves in stainless steel are suitable for most process applications, however for severe applications, needle valves in “exotic” materials are available.
