Ranflex Instrumentation Fittings supplies a wide range of Instrument valves with all possible connections like; NPT, BSP.P and Welded connections.
One(1), two(2) or three(3) output connections are possible for a wide range of instruments like Pressure Gauges and Pressure transmitters.

Instrument Valve Material

Standard valves in AISI316L NACE stainless steel are suitable for most process applications, however “exotic” materials are also available. (like 316Ti, Duplex, Super Duplex, Monel 400, Alloy C276, Alloy 825, Alloy 625 and Titanium)
Our high quality valve heads have standard execution with: anti-blowout functionality, non-rotating Monel K500 needle tip and resettable valve packing which extends the lifespan of the valve heads.
Further optional features are available like: Delrin tip, Anti-Tamper valve heads, cleaning for oxygen service, locking facility on valve heads and PMI testing.

Manifold Valves Specification

These manifolds are having one Isolation valve of ½” connection & one drain valve
of ¼” or ½” connection. The outlet of drain valve can be used for calibration. Compact unit saves space, reduces number of joints resulting in cost reduction. These
manifolds are used with Pressure gauges, switches or transmitters. Different modelsare available as shown below

We supplies a wide range of pressure (2-valve) and dP, flow en level (3-, 4- & 5-valve) manifolds. Suitable for a wide range of pressure transmitters and gauges, for a direct mounting (DIN19213) or remote mounting transmitter style.

This manifold is usually fitted directly on the instrument which is mounted on its own bracket.

This manifold is standard produced in AISI316 material, but “exotic” materials are also available.

Maximum working pressure is 420 Bar
Maximum temperature is 200°C

Connections

Vent and/or testports will always be 1/4″ threadsize, independent of process connection sizes.
